Refund policy
All products purchased on this portal may be returned provided that you indicate the intention to process the return within a period of 15 days after the date of receipt of your order and that they comply with the rest of the conditions established below.
- Laboratorios BECHI will pay the collection costs for returns due to tare or defect, being the customer who will pay the collection costs for returns due to purchase withdrawal.
- To process the return, it will be necessary for the customer to present the ticket, the purchase invoice for the item or their order number.
- Laboratorios BECHI will not be responsible for meeting the requirements of customers who have not directly purchased our products through www.bechi.es or who do not appear on the purchase receipt or invoice.
- For the return, the customer must try to use the original packaging in which the order was received as a priority. If you do not have it, you can use another box properly packed in order to ensure that the product is protected and arrives in good condition at our warehouses.
Laboratorios BECHI will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that may be suffered by returned products that have not been sent or packaged properly by the senders.
The return will be effective as soon as possible and, in any case, within 15 days from the date on which we confirm the acceptance of the return after receipt of the product at our facilities.
In which cases the product will not be returned:
- The item will not be returned until it is received at the Laboratorios BECHI facilities.
- Items that, without a manufacturing defect, do not retain their original packaging or this has been altered, or those from which the security seal has been removed, will not be returned.
- Items will not be returned once the return period of 15 calendar days has ended except for causes of error in shipping or manufacturing defect.
- Expired items will not be returned.
- Products that have been tested and/or used will not be returned.
- Sealed articles that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery will not be returned.
RETURNS FOR WITHDRAWAL
All products may be returned by option of exchange for units of the same or different reference, where the customer will pay the economic difference if there is between the two and shipping costs and customs fees, if any.
No refund of the economic amount will be made except exceptionally in the case of non-availability of stock of the reference to be returned *.
* Returns will be made based on the stock existing at that time. In the case of unavailable stock of the reference in question, the customer will be offered a refund of the economic amount or the possibility of making the exchange for another reference, paying the difference if it exists.
RETURNS DUE TO TARE OR DEFECT
In those cases in which the consumer receives the defective product, Laboratorios BECHI will exchange the product for the same reference *.
* Returns will be made based on the stock existing at that time. In the case of unavailable stock of the reference in question, the customer will be offered a refund of the economic amount or the possibility of making the exchange for another reference, paying the difference if it exists.
For returns from distributors outside of Spain, the return period will be extended up to a maximum time of 3 months after the date stipulated on the ticket or invoice of your order.
STEPS TO FOLLOW TO MAKE THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCT
- Return request: You can request the return of your entire order or of a particular item, directly from your account or by contacting our customer information department by phone 965 11 37 16 or by sending us an email to info@bechimed.com . You can make your return from our website by accessing your username and the"order history and details"section. Select the order and the items you are interested in returning and tell us why. In the information, remember to detail your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return shipping: For returns due to withdrawal:After communicating your intention to return the product, you must pack the product preferably in the original shipping box or another properly packed box and send it to the address described below:

Reception at our facilities
When the returned products are in our facilities, they will be sent to the quality department for review.
The change will be effective as soon as possible and, in any case, within 15 days from the date on which we confirm the acceptance of your return.

They comply with all current legislation and the quality requirements imposed by European standards. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions will be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation in that which is not expressly established. The provider and the user agree to submit any controversy that may arise from the provision of the products or services object of these Conditions, to the Courts and Tribunals where the user/client is located.
Likewise, the provider and the user may submit their conflicts to the arbitrations provided for in the arbitration and defense legislation of consumers and users, and to the extrajudicial conflict resolution procedures that are established by means of codes of conduct or other instruments of self-regulation.
